Insomnia and its dangerous types
With a sleeping disorder, the patient faces difficulties during sleep and staying asleep. Any patient with insomnia has one or more symptoms, insomnia patient, once he/she wakes up faces difficulties going back to bed for sleep.

A regular episode of facing difficulty in sleeping. Acute insomnia is mostly caused by a life event, such as a painful change occurring in a person’s job, any bad news heard, or living in a worse condition. Somehow acute insomnia sorts out without any treatment.
some time longer period of time insomnia patients has difficulty sleeping. mostly considered a chronic patient of insomnia facing difficulty and trouble falling or staying asleep at least with or more than three nights per week for three months or more three months. Some chronic insomnia patients have an endless record of difficulty sleeping.

Comorbid condition of insomnia
Comorbid insomnia occurs with other conditions like anxiety and depression. they are known and linked with changes in sleep. Most people with anxiety and depression have stress in life and tend to limit their daily activities making a person uncomfortable at night. In the case of swelling, arthritis, or pain condition, these conditions may make it hard to sleep.
It is difficult staying asleep, or the patient is awake too early and facing difficulties getting back to sleep. People with maintenance insomnia wake up early at night and have difficulty returning back to sleep.
